The warm water manifold heightens the effect of the stretching, massaging and the working of acupressure points.

Apart from creating various levels of relaxation, when the facilitator 'lets his fingers do the walking', he will be able to identify, loosen and release energy blockages.

In Aqua Bodyworks one dimension is added: cued by the rhythm of your breath you are being taken under water. Your body is naturally prepared for this, for as soon as your cheeks touch the water the innate primal diving reflex prepares your whole body for being under the surface: it brings down blood pressure, heart rate, as well as the cellular oxygen metabolism. Without any effort you can stay under water even longer and longer. Aqua Bodywork with its folding-unfolding, swinging, waving and rotating movements entices you into a whole new realm of consciousness. Time appears to slow down or stops completely. Movements are being experienced as if by other senses. their fluidity is enchanting, the inner silence grows more and more deep and magical,

Session Usually Masta starts with an interview and then takes her receiver's wishes/intent on to a transformation in an optional (de)hypnotic journey with Watsu moves and eventually underwater. She weaves all the different aquatic techniques - including deep tissue work and wide spacious moves - into a colorful magic carpeted aquatic journey. Imagine how as a receiver you come with a wish, something you would like to own when you leave the water: This can be anything, from deep relaxation, having a fluid, spacious, healed body; to be clear, to have a nourished inner child, or full alignment of internal parts/energies .

While flowing through the water as a receiver you can experience different moods in the journey, like Gabrielle Roth's Five Rythms: *flowing gently through the water,*staccato, deep opening stretches, some sudden *chaos, followed by light* lyrical mo(ve)ments and *stillness integration. Dancers might be familiar with all this.

Hypnotherapy or Dehypnosis

Dehypnosis as a technique is aimed at the letting go of all the limiting beliefs and mindsets we carry around. As Masta points out, we are already hypnotised: by our upbringing. The invitation is to let go of all distractions, including our own thinking, beliefs and emotions. In the water work it is so easy to let go of all these. It is so easy to just be here… in love with what is.

Being around Osho Rajneesh for 23 years, doing active & silent meditations, many groups & trainings, leading dance groups and giving dehypnosis sessions.

Inspired by Byron Katie's The Work, Osho's Talks and Harry Palmer's Avatar. Drawn from Santosh's De-hypnosis, David Quickly's Alchemical Hypnosis, Antony Robbins's N.L.P., and Stephen Wolinsky's Quantum Psychology Masta has designed her own refined techniques to dehypnotise.

Masta's dehypnosis can take you on different journeys. You may meet your inner child, inner healer, or inner lover. You can let the different parts inside of you talk and align, or meet your future self.
