Pregnant couples welcome to relax, giving and receiving floating massage in warm mineral water We’ll journey through supporting and moving your partner fluidly through the water, while staying grounded and connected with the breath, letting the water do the work. You will be guided through a Somatic meditation, meeting your spirit animal and deeply connecting with your body and its wishes. Effortlessly loosen your Head, Neck, Shoulders, Hips and Lower Back in warm water, freeing the body from stress and aches and bringing ourselves into alignment. *Use of Somatic Experiencing® for more embodiment and deeper connection with yourself, partner and baby.
