Floating massage in water for Pregnant women and their partners

Welcome, pregnant couples to come for 'a journey of giving and receiving floating massage in warm mineral water'.

We’ll explore & enjoy:

*Learning how to support and move a receiver fluidly through the water as effortlessly as possible while staying grounded and connected with the breath, letting the water do the work.

Opening the heart with undulating dolphin waves.

*Loosen our Head, Neck, Shoulders, Hips and lower back in warm water while freeing our body from stress and aches, bringing our body back into alignment.

*Somatic Experiencing® for more embodiment and deeper connection with yourself, our partner and our baby in the womb.
